Disney's Inside Out: The Music Of Light (10 minute Pre-show experience)
In association with Pixar
Dates: Beginning in March through August 19 2015
Locations: El Capitan Theatre, Los Angeles
Role: Production Coordinator / Associate Producer / Sound Designer & Mixer
Responsibilities: 
- Manage a group of design teams to ensure the production stays on time and within the budget
- oversee rehearsals during production while running live audio for choreographers
- Give input to the dance team on the best ways to interact with the "holographic" objects coming off the screen
- help the dance team develop a full understanding of what the virtual stage blueprint around them looks like
- produced and mixed the audio track for the entire show
- Work with story-boarders, sketch artists, graphic designers, and other creatives to turnkey the show
- Partner with independent choreographers and entities to manage the meeting/show logistics
- Analyze story-line, animations, & other individual departments to ensure brand fidelity is safeguarded
- Provide service and assistance problem solving to any individual or team that encounters issues
- Coordinate the transportation logistics for the delivery for scenic props, displays, equipment, etc
- Coordinate and manage onsite teams while designing innovative and creative ways to problem solve
- Function as a key team member to develop new groundbreaking features focusing on immersion & interaction
- Generate ideas to save money while staying within the context of Disney focused branding
- Create production calendars, schedules, call sheets, budgets, and other documentation related to the production
- Prep and manage inventory, invoices, budgets, deliveries, and other logistics issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key players and digital influencers
- Educate new recruits on 3D Live // AXO rules & regulations through proper demonstration and documentation
- Work with all immersive technologies and tweak ideas and creative concepts to improve visual dynamics

description of the project: Much to the delight of audiences at Disney's famed El Capitan theater, 3D Live provided a mixed reality live dance performance before every screening of Pixar's Inside Out. Working with Dave Scott, resident choreographer on 'So You Think You Can Dance', 3D Live created "holographic" 3D LED virtual environments that interacted with live dancers. The show ran 5 times a day every day for the entire summer.
