Role: Production Coordinator & Associate Producer
Responsibilities: 
- Manage a group of animation teams to ensure the renders stays on time and within the budget
- Partner with events teams and manage the meeting/event logistics
- Analyze graphics to ensure product fidelity is safeguarded
- Provide service and assistance problem solving to any individual or team that encounters issues
- Coordinate the transportation logistics for the delivery/return of event product/displays 
- Manage & coordinate onsite teams while building and breaking down the productions in LA
- Functioned as a key team member to develop new graphic features focusing on immersion and interaction
- Generate ideas with the context of primus focused brand and route content to executives for final approval
- Create production calendars, schedules, call sheets, budgets, and other documentation related to the production
- Prep and manage inventory for production launches and returns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key players and digital influencers
- Educate new recruits on 3D Live // AXO rules & regulations through proper demonstration and documentation

Description of the Project: The first of its kind, The Primus 3D Tour revolutionized the 3D concert experience. Always ones to buck the norm, the legendary rock group utilized "holographic" stereo 3D LED  technology to create the world’s first 3D touring concert. Proving to be so popular, the tour was extended into a second leg, the legendary rock group were able to bring augmented 3D psychedelia performance to enthused fans across North America for a never before experienced live entertainment.
