Role: Production Coordinator & Co Producer
Responsibilities
- Manage a group of design teams to ensure the event stays on time and within the budget
Work with story-boarders, sketch artists, graphic designers, and other creatives to turnkey the entire party
- Partner with construction, electrical, & other teams to manage the meeting/setup logistics
- Analyze run of show, script, and other individual departments to ensure brand fidelity is safeguarded
- Provide service and assistance problem solving to any individual or team that encounters issues
- Coordinate the transportation logistics for the delivery for scenic props, displays, equipment, etc
- Coordinate and manage onsite teams while designing innovative and creative ways to improve throughput
- Functioned as a key team member to develop new groundbreaking features focusing on immersion and interaction
- Generate ideas to save money while staying within the context of alienware focused branding
- Create production calendars, schedules, call sheets, budgets, and other documentation related to the production
- Prep and manage inventory, invoices, budgets, deliveries, and other logistics issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key players and digital influencers
- Educate new recruits on 3D Live // AXO rules & regulations through proper demonstration and documentation
- Work with all immersive technologies and tweak ideas and creative concepts to improve story telling dynamics
- manage 3 teams and oversee their production quality while preparing Mr/VR/ar activations for the users
- Train new contractors on the process of making the patrons happy but at the same time keeping them safe
- make sure the project was keeping up with the fire marshal standards and regulations
- liaise between different audio, video, and tech teams to make sure proper communication was being upheld
- make sure employees feel motivated & excited while maintaining their professionalism interacting with guests
- liaise between all the different vr companies and develop a blueprint for dividing up the warehouse space
Description of the project: The VIPs were able to enjoy a 3D Live Hololens AR experience, watch 3D Live's Mass Effect: New Earth content on a 3D TV, ride Cry Out: The Lonely Whale– a 4D VR experience, play Lunar Drive on the LED wall, and play-test different VR installations. At the end of the night, guests gathered around the 3D Live's patented 3D LED wall as DJ Jen Lasher performed with our holographic 3D visuals exploding off the screen behind her.
Alienware's E3 launch party streamed live on Twitch, with a special announcement from GM Frank Azor. the party Included game play activations on HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, DAE's FX slo-mo video booth, a VR roller coaster, appearances by Chloe Grace Moretz and Geoffrey Arend, Coolhaus ice cream sandwiches, and liquid nitrogen popcorn in the VIP.
