Locations: From Austin Texas - WGC Dell Match Play - to other PGA championships
Role: Production Coordinator & Co Producer
Responsibilities:
- Manage a group of design teams to ensure the game design stays on time and within the budget
- supervise the onsite teams during the production to ensure all stations are operating efficiently
- Supervise the onsite teams and run lead customer support for the patrons and children
- Interface with the golfers who want to be involved on the social media platforms
- Liaison with press and camera crews for interviews and showcase videos for ABC, fox, NBC productions
- Open and close the exhibition every day during production and supervise the systems are operational daily
- Work with story-boarders, sketch artists, graphic designers, and other creatives to turnkey the entire activation
- Partner with vendors, event management specialists, and other teams to manage the activation on site
- Analyze story-line, script, dramatic vs formal elements, and other assets to ensure brand fidelity is safeguarded
- Provide service and assistance problem solving to any individual or team that encounters issues
- Coordinate the transportation logistics for the delivery for scenic props, displays, equipment, team members etc
- Coordinate and manage onsite teams while designing innovative and creative ways to improve throughput
- Functioned as a key team member to develop new groundbreaking features focusing on immersion and interaction
- Generate ideas to save money while staying within the context of Dell focused branding
- Create production calendars, schedules, call sheets, budgets, and other documentation related to the production
- Prep and manage inventory, invoices, budgets, deliveries, and other logistics issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key players and digital influencers
- Educate new recruits on 3D Live // AXO rules & regulations through proper demonstration and documentation

Combining interactive virtual reality with 3D Live's uniquely holographic 3D LED wall, Pitchplex envelops players in a completely immersive 3D virtual reality, while simultaneously allowing spectators to join in the experience as the holographic visuals wrap around and react to the player's movements.
Pitchplex, as a mixed reality experience, was conceived and developed entirely by 3D Live / AXO. A true MR experience is multifaceted– a synthesis of virtual reality and augmented reality. In this case, 3D Live / AXO's crack team of developers, artists, and technicians worked together closely to seamlessly execute that synthesis. Pitchplex, the resultant product of those ambitious efforts, remains peerless in style and form.
In Pitchplex: Mixed Reality Golf, each active player wears an Oculus Rift headset while holding a real pitching wedge that tracks the user's motion. The virtual golfer is able to hit balls into glowing targets, which then propel a second ball through a series of machines. Pitchplex is a race against the clock to advance the ball through the machines and into the hole before time runs out.
